Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa Flow classes at The Nest are designed for those with more yoga experience seeking a dynamic and engaging practice. This fast-paced, fun class incorporates poses based on  Hatha style, offering a perfect blend of strength, flexibility, and balance.

In our Vinyasa Flow sessions, you'll move through sequences that challenge and invigorate, all while maintaining the mindfulness and precision that Hatha yoga emphasizes. Join us to deepen your practice, enhance your physical capabilities, and enjoy the vibrant energy of a like-minded community.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle yoga classes focus on reconnecting with your body and mind through gently movement, meditation and breath-work. This class focuses on slow, deliberate movements and deep, mindful breathing, making it suitable for all levels, including beginners. Experience gentle flows that promote flexibility, balance, and strength, along with restorative poses and guided meditations to release tension and calm the mind. Yin Yoga

 This class focuses on long-held, passive poses that target the connective tissues, promoting flexibility and joint mobility. By integrating mindful breathing and meditation, Yin Yoga encourages deep relaxation and inner stillness. Yin yoga complements faster-paced classes perfectly, with multiple health benefits and great for injury recovery. Perfect for all levels, this practice helps release tension, reduce stress, and enhance overall well-being. Come experience the calming and rejuvenating benefits of Yin Yoga in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Saturday Salutation

Start your weekend on a high note with Saturday Salutation! This invigorating class centers around Sun Salutations A and B, offering a fun yet challenging practice that evolves with varying flows each week. Suitable for all levels, Saturday Salutation promises an energising and refreshing start to your weekend, blending the perfect mix of consistency and variety to keep you engaged and motivated. Join us for a dynamic session that will leave you feeling charged and ready for the days ahead!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga classes are designed to help you release stress and achieve deep relaxation. This class focuses on gentle, supported poses that allow your body to relax and unwind. Through the use of props and prolonged holds, you’ll experience profound rest and rejuvenation. We aim to create a calming environment where you can let go of tension and stress. If you happen to fall asleep during class, it means we've done our job perfectly, guiding you to ultimate relaxation and peace. Join us to experience the soothing benefits of Restorative Yoga.
